All fees and payments for My Startup Shield™ services — including but not limited to workshops, consulting sessions, and digital resources — are non-refundable and non-cancellable once charged, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
By completing payment, you acknowledge that you are engaging in a service that begins immediately upon scheduling or access, and that these customized services are not eligible for refund.
All materials provided by My Startup Shield™, including educational content, templates, graphics, and proprietary processes, are the intellectual property of My Startup Shield™ and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. These materials may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.
Participation in a My Startup Shield™ session, workshop, or consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship. The information shared is designed to educate founders about intellectual property concepts and startup protection strategies, but should not be relied upon as legal advice.
